In addition to scholarships for the youth in our area, Mano Amiga Belize has been helping the Belizean community with various projects for several years.

- Lights for Students – installed lights in seven rural households
- Gym Shoes for Students – dozens of pairs delivered to local high school, an ongoing project
- The Mano Amigo Student Center – study space, equipment, wifi, laptops & printers, library. (ongoing)
- Sewing Classes for Boys and Girls held in the Student Center
- Merged with Waterhole Neighborhood Scholarships (with the new name Mano Amiga Scholarships) to raise funds to cover 20+ local student tuitions and about 1/3 of school supplies. (ongoing)
- Mano Amiga Covid-19 Grocery Assistance Project – 264 bags of groceries for 20+ families, Mar. – Nov. 2020
- Life Quality Assistance Projects for the elderly
